We provide residential and commercial masonry services including, but not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick and stone work, retaining walls, driveway pavers, fireplace installation, and related services throughout the greater Spokane County area.
The Site is provided for informational purposes only. Information on this Site does not constitute a formal quote, binding offer, or guarantee of availability. All services are subject to an on-site assessment and a written contract prior to work beginning.
We provide free written estimates following an on-site assessment of your property. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of assessment. If conditions change or additional issues are discovered once work is underway, we will notify you and provide a written change order before proceeding with any additional work.
Prices quoted in any estimate reflect the scope of work described at the time. We are not responsible for cost differences arising from conditions that were not visible or accessible during the initial assessment, including hidden damage, structural deficiencies, or material substitutions required by code.
Work is scheduled after a signed contract and, where required, a deposit have been received. We make every effort to begin and complete work within the timeframe agreed upon in the contract. Delays caused by weather, permitting, material availability, or circumstances outside our control do not constitute a breach of contract.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled job, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a rescheduling fee as specified in your contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to temperatures below freezing, heavy rain, or high winds that would compromise the quality of masonry or concrete work.
Payment terms are stated in your written contract. A deposit may be required prior to scheduling, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract.
Invoices not paid within the terms stated in the contract may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services on outstanding projects where payment is overdue without written agreement to a payment plan.
In the event of a dispute about an invoice, please contact us promptly at quotes@medicallakeconcreteandmasonry.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes directly before any collection action is taken.
Many masonry and structural repairs require building permits issued through the City of Medical Lake or Spokane County, depending on the scope of work. Where a permit is required, we will obtain it on your behalf as part of the project. Permit fees are either included in the estimate or itemized separately.
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for permit inspections. Delays resulting from inspection scheduling or permit processing are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of our obligations.
You agree to:
